Before 100 years in Kolhapur there was an elephant his name is Jungbahadur he used to lead the royal dasara rally at the time of hindu festival Dasara (Vijayadashmi). After some years Maybach luxuries car took place of Jungbahadur Elephant. In 2015 Maybach has completed 84 th round on the occasion of Dasara.
In India there is only one car is available which is mentioned above name as Maybach DS8 Zeppelin and in world only 4 to 5 cars are available. Company has manufactured only 100 of cars and have sale accordingly status of the family.Only kings and sultans having this type of car.
In 1932 Chatrapati Rajaram Maharaj has brought Maybach from london. Due to orange color of territory's flag car has been ordered in orange color. Car has Mahalaxmi Mata's (Kolhapur) statue on its bonate, it also has Tulja Bhavani (Tuljapur) and Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj sketch on headlight as per territory's logo. Till date car have not repaired or never went to garage and in international market it has around 40crs Rs (6.5 million$) value.
